How the Energy Efficieny Education Dashboard Works

Through education and building performance feedback, occupants can gain insight on how their actions impact the building. This can motivate everyone to make behavior changes and help lower operating costs.

 

To illustrate building efficiency, the Energy Efficiency Education Dashboard communicates with the building automation system (BAS) or other devices to display building performance information in a way that is easy to understand.

The solution can be used to:
» Demonstrate an organization's sustainable
   achievements
» Display any data being monitored (i.e., energy,
   water, gas, steam, PV)
» Compare resource savings between buildings
   and/or floors
» Translate data into everyday values (e.g., "48,500
   gallons of water have been saved. That's enough
   to wash 1,080 loads of laundry.")

The solution integrates with existing building automation systems to display data and does not require custom software. QA Graphics has developed custom solutions for several BAS platforms, so that
