Contact: August 6, 2009 (Ankeny, Iowa) QA Graphics, an innovative computer graphic development company specializing in the building automation design industry, is excited to announce their support of Homes for Our Troops, a non-profit, non-partisan, organization that was founded in 2004. The Homes for Our Troops organization works nationwide helping severely injured servicemen and women and their immediate families, by building them a new home or adapting an existing home so that it is handicap accessible. All this is possible through the donations of money, building materials and volunteered services. The donations and volunteers are coordinated to build the homes, which are then given to the veterans. QA Graphics’ business has grown exponentially within the past two years, and as a way to give back, the company supports Homes for Our Troops, to help make our nations’ communities and members stronger. A large part of QA Graphics’ design and development services are completed for the building industry, providing graphics and symbol libraries to building integrators, architects and engineers, and the Energy Efficiency Education Dashboard, often used for new green buildings to show the building’s energy efficiencies and sustainability practices. All of the companies’ design work is completed in-house and all the hardware that the company provides, including touch screens, kiosks and other components, are made in the United States. “QA Graphics is committed to supporting American-made products and organizations that strengthen our country,” said Dan McCarty, president and owner of QA Graphics. “That’s why Homes for Our Troops is such an important organization to us. To support Homes for Our Troops, we will annually donate a portion of the company profits to help improve the lives of our country’s veterans.” About QA Graphics |
