QA Graphics had the great opportunity last week to attend Happy Mediums annual Social Media Day. They assembled an all-star lineup of speakers and panelists to give their top tips and insights. We met some great fellow industry professionals and walked away with fresh ideas. We compiled a list of some of the most memorable and useful things we learned.

#8 Interact with users as often as you can. It goes a long ways and helps build long-term relationships.

wants to feel like they are talking to a robot.

#5 Take inspiration from everything you see, don’t only look
within your industry or area.
#4 Provide valued content and be a resource. It is easy to
get lost.
#3 Surround yourself with talented people and ask for help.
#2 Define success in a different way. Set realistic goals for your brand and prioritize projects.
#1 Don’t force a social platform. Go with what works for your
brand, then go at it 120%.
